LOPUSHINSKI, Charlie
April 9, 1954 – May 19, 2018
On May 19, 2018, Charlie Lopushinski of Chipman, Alberta passed away, with his family by his side.
Charlie will be missed and lovingly remembered by his sister Susie (Merv) Elliott; his nephew Dr. Robert Elliott all of Sherwood Park, Alberta; aunts, cousins, friends and his cats. He was predeceased by his parents Harry and Annie Lopushinski and Aunt Carrie. Charlie had a sense of humour. He loved nature and the beauty and serenity it had to offer. As an avid organic gardener, he would take pride in the fruits of his labour. Now he has gone to tend God’s garden.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John The Baptist Russo-Orthodox Church – Chipman with Father Oleksii Suraiev officiating. Interment to follow in the Church Cemetery . In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to “St. John The Baptist Russo-Orthodox Church– Chipman” or to the “Kidney Foundation.”
The family wishes to thank everyone who cared for and assisted Charlie.
