BURTON, Brendan Gerard « Burt » – Passed away peacefully on Monday, August 6, 2018 in his 86th year. Gone to join his beloved wife of 59 years Betty Joyce Burton (née Waddling). Dear brother of Mary Penny (Gerry), Gus Burton (Stella), Patricia Butler (Wilson), David Burton, Gwen Butler (Stan), Anita Burton (Wally) and Sharon Hickey (Bill). Loved by many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Predeceased by his parents William and Ellen Burton (née O’Brien) and his brothers Kevin, Ronald (late Hazel) and Paul (surviving Trudy). As per Brendan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private celebration of life for close friends and family will take place at Camp Barcovan Recreation Hall on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 2- 6 PM. Arrangements are entrusted with WEAVER Life Centre – East, 29 Bay St. Trenton. If desired, memorial donations to the Trenton Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
