Obituary of Brenda Nelthorpe
NELTHORPE, Brenda Amelia peacefully at Chapman House, Owen Sound Saturday morning December 8, 2018. Brenda Nelthorpe (nee McKinnon) of Owen Sound in her 71st year. Beloved wife of Colin. Cherished mother of Shawn and his wife Micheline of Shallow Lake and Chris and wife Heidi of Hepworth. Loved grandmother of Colin, Dale, McKinnon and Brooks. Dear sister of Sharon (Jim) Norton of Shallow Lake, Darlene Lawrence of Owen Sound, Donna Schryer of Kitchener, Wilma Miletic of Palgrave, Colleen (Jeff) Burns of Sauble Beach, Sheila (Duane) Baker of Sauble Beach and Karen (Jim) Hayward of Shallow Lake and sister-in-law of Star Nelthorpe of Granby, Quebec and Colleen Nelthorpe, David Nelthorpe and Terry Nelthorpe, all of British Columbia. The funeral service will be conducted from the Shallow Lake United Church on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 12 noon until 12:45 p.m. Rev. Ed Laksmanis officiating. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Georgian Bluffs. Arrangements entrusted to the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth. In lieu of flowers expressions of remembrance to Shallow Lake United Church, Chapman House or Owen Sound Hospital MRI Campaign would be appreciated.
