Boomhower – Brandon Todd, born September 3, 1997 has sadly left us on December 9, 2018 at the young age of 21. The young man who knew no limits and had a heart that made space for all. Adventure and experience maker, Brandon was passionate about skiing and travelling to unique destinations around the world. He accomplished so much in such a short time, he opened everyone’s eyes to the possibilities life could bring if you dreamed big and pushed your limits. He had a smile for everyone. He will be sadly missed by proud parents Todd & Marcella Yusko of Espanola, Trisha Smith-Boomhower and James Smith of Wyevale. Dear brother of Maya and Katie Smith of Wyevale, Jason Nixon (son Damon) of Mississauga and Gareth Nixon (son Grady) of Espanola. Loving grandson of Calvin & Beryl Boomhower of Espanola, Elaine Yusko of Espanola, Bill & Linda Smith of Barrie and George Yusko & Pauline Fournier of English Town, N.S. Brandon will be sadly missed by extended family that consisted of many uncles, aunts, cousins, his girlfriend and travelling companion Jasmin Schmidt of Germany and countless friends from his hometowns and around the world. Family and friends may be received at the Bourcier Funeral Home on Thursday December 13, 2018 for a visitation from 11 AM until the time of funeral. Funeral Mass at 2 PM in the St. Jude R.C.C. with Fr. Raymond officiating. In lieu of flowers, if so desired, donations to the Espanola Ski Hill would be appreciated.
