Obituary of Betty Leslie
LESLIE, BETTY JOYCE (MINOR)
Peacefully on June 6, 2018 in her 90th year, at Greater Niagara General Hospital with family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Hank Leslie (2001), mother of Wendy (Larry) Butt and the late David Leslie (2013). Loving grandmother of Taryn (Mike) and Kaley (Chad) and great-grandmother of Mackenzie and Ashlynn. Survived by sisters Lorraine (Elmer) Miskolczi, and Norma McIntee, and many nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by her parents Freeman & Rose Minor; brothers Murray & Clifford “Bus” Minor; sisters Margie Farrell and Wilma Cole; grandson-in-law Mark Finlay. Friends are invited to call at BALLARD-MINOR FUNERAL HOME, 315 Broad Street East, Dunnville on Sunday, June 10 from 4-6 pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 11 at 11 o’clock. Interment to follow at Zion Cemetery, Wainfleet. In memory of Betty, donations to Help a Child Smile or the charity of choice would be appreciated.
