It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bette Allan, 94, on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Google Maps as her six grandchildren (and spouses): Michael (Amy), Christopher (Lara), Leann (Aaron), David (Sally), Matthew (Kelley), and Megan, and her seven great-grandchildren. Bette is predeceased by Jack, her husband of 63 years, her sisters Margaret McCabe and Shirley Drummond, her brother Jack Green and her son-in-law Keith Guelpa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Bette was lots of fun with a great sense of humor, made many life-long friends and loved to celebrate any occasion.
Special thanks to the kind and caring staff at the Retreat at Desert Cove and Hospice of the Valley, Scottsdale, Arizona.
Friends may call at the KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Friday, April 20, 2018 for visitation from 10 – 11 a.m. followed immediately by Funeral Service and then luncheon at the family centre. A private family interment will take place at Hamilton Cemetery later on Friday.
