Obituary of Bessie Langdon
Passed away on December 3, 2018, Bessie Marion Langdon, at the Carmelite House. She was 85 years of age. She was predeceased by her husband Cecil; her parents, brothers and sisters.
She leaves to mourn her sons: Cecil Jr. (Judy), Dennis (Chris), Rick (Coreena), Trevor (Sherry); daughters: Lillian (June) Smith, Muriel (Tony) Langdon, Renee, Tena (Barry) Curlew and Juanita (Mervin) Pelley. Also left to mourn are her 20 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; her brothers and sisters and a circle of other relatives and friends.
Pastor Greg Patey will conduct the funeral service at Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle, Bishop’s Falls on Thursday, December 6 at 1 p.m. with interment at the Pentecostal Cemetery.
Pallbearers are her sons Cecil Langdon, Trevor Langdon; grandsons: Shannon Langdon, Barry Curlew; son-in-law Mervin Pelley and nephew Tim Langdon. Honorary pallbearers are her daughters: Murial Langdon, Renee Langdon, Tena Curlew and Juanita Pelley.
