Our aunt peacefully passed away on July 12, at the Charleswood care center at the age of 91.
She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
Bernice had a close relationship with her niece and nephews throughout her life. She was the family historian, others may turn to ancestory.com but we turned to auntie.com.
In later years her great-nephew and nieces benefited from stories of her early family life and her perspective of life today. Talking to others about life in days gone by brought her much joy.
Her stories will be missed but will remain in our hearts forever.
A final “Royal Wave”, Auntie Bernice.
At Bernice’s request there will be no funeral service.
