Arnold Bennink 1939-2018
Passed away peacefully at Port Colborne Hospital with his loving family by his side on 18th day, November , 2018 in his 80th year. Beloved wife and best friend of 57 years to Tina (nee Hoekstra). Loving father of Alan (Judy), Carol Thomas (Paul), Rose Thachuk (Steven) and Cathy Bennink-Montgomery (David). Cherished grandpa of Krista (Keith), Heather, Brian (Sabrina), Crystal (Matt), Zachary (Sarah), Keara, Heather and Krysten and great grandfather/Opa of 4. Dear brother of Bill (Agnes), Albert (Pauline), Jenny (Keith)and sister in-law Ann. Pre-deceased by his parents, brother George, 2 brothers-in-law and 2 sisters in-law.Arnold will be sadly missed by friends and his extended family. Family and friends will be received at the JAMES L. PEDLAR FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill, ON. on November 19 from 6-8 pm. A celebration of life service will take place at Knox Presbyterian Church (335 Fitch St., Welland, ON.) on Tuesday November 20, 2018 beginning at 1:00 pm. Private internment will be at Pleasantview Cemetery.
