It is with great sadness that the family of the late
Alice McCarthy of Spanish Room announces her passing at the U.S.
Memorial Health Care Center in St. Lawrence on Monday, February 12th,
2018 at the age of 101. Leaving to mourn with fond and
loving memories are son, Joseph (Theresa) McCarthy of Gaspereaux Lake,
NS; 2 grandchildren; Shannon and Sherry; 3 great-grandchildren;
Miranda, James and Caia; 1 great-great grandson Jackson; plus a large
circle of extended family and friends.
She was
predeceased by husband George McCarthy; siblings John, Joseph, Bride,
Catherine, James, John, and
Celestine.
