FRANKLAND, Alexander ‘Al’ – Passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Welland County General Hospital on Thursday March 29, 2018 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of the late Marilyn Frankland (2016). Loving father of Adam (Cyndi) of Georgetown and the late Todd (Lori of Oakville). Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Brooke, and Tyler and great-grandfather of Carson, Austin and Jordan Frankland. Dear brother of Elsie, Cherished brother-in-law of Lois. He will be sadly missed by nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. visiting Thursday 4 to 5 pm. A Funeral Service in celebration of his life will be held 5 pm at the funeral home. Cremation will follow. In memory of Al, memorial contributions may be made to Niagara Health Foundation (Welland County General Hospital), and would be appreciated by his family.
