Obituary of Ada Farr
Ada Farr passed peacefully away at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the age of 81. She is predeceased by her husband, Alex; daughter, Cherylene; and brothers, Ralph and Vernon. Left to mourn are sons, Irving Michael (Dianne), and Rodney Darryl (Wanda); grandchildren, Lisa (Jason), Katrina (Travis), Stephanie (Cody), and Justin; great-grandchildren, Liam, Autumn, Hunter and Summer; and her sister, Doreen and family.
Ada moved to Ontario in 1968, and returned back home to Newfoundland in 2016 where she resided at Twin Town Manor in Grand Falls-Windsor. There she met many friends from her past and also made many new ones. She became ill in September 2017 at which time she was moved to the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre. The Farr family would like to thank Trina and the staff at Twin Town Manor as well as the staff at C.N.R.H.C for their care and compassion during her illness.
